Wow88 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the wow88 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the wow88 platform via any device or web browser.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the wow88 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Use of the wow88 platform is limited to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;

- Have never had an account suspended or closed by wow88 for a previous breach of terms.
Wow88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure user eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in the account being suspended pending completion of verification.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the wow88 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and accumulated balances forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Deliberately providing false or incomplete information is sufficient grounds for wow88 to close your account without prior notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. wow88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep this information secure. User Responsibilities
- Using the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes;
- Not using any automated software, bots or unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform;
- Not taking any action that could disrupt the operation of the platform or affect other users;
- Complying with all laws and regulations applicable to online activities in Malaysia.
Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy
All transactions on the wow88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods available in your account at the time of the transaction.
Deposit
Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered under the same name as the wow88 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees. wow88 reserves the right to request proof of funds before processing any deposit deemed unusual.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to two business days. wow88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by wow88 are subject to separate usage terms that will be stated at the time the offer is made. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus terms may result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and further action taken against the account.
Account Suspension, Closure and Limitation of Liability

Wow88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, should any of the following occur:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions;
- Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading;
- Abuse of bonuses, promotions or platform systems;
- Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct;
- Requests from relevant authorities with valid jurisdiction.
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Valid balances not subject to any active wagering requirements will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wow88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. wow88's total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount you have deposited in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text and software on the wow88 platform are the property of wow88 or its respective third-party licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any such content without prior written consent from wow88.

The wow88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including game providers and payment processors. wow88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective provider's separate terms.
Changes to These Terms
Wow88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any updates.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the wow88 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
